Terms and Conditions for Your Stay
These booking conditions apply to all reservations made at Hotel Kaiser Bridge. By making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Reservations can be made through:
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details within 24 hours of making your reservation.
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Please note that this reservation cannot be cancelled or modified, and no refund will be issued.
A deposit of 30% of the total reservation cost will be charged on the day of booking.
The remainder 70% of the total amount of your reservation will be paid at check-in time.
Check-in is from 15:00 PM onwards. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
If you expect to arrive after 10:00 PM, please inform us in advance. We will make arrangements to ensure a smooth check-in.

Minimum age accepted 15yrs
Younger guests until the age of 18, at time of booking, must be accompanied by adults, parents, guardians.
Extra beds are available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply. Please contact us in advance to arrange extra beds.
A 5€ Climate Change Resilience tax per night will be paid at check in time
Pets are not allowed at Hotel Kaiser Bridge.
Smoking is not permitted in rooms or enclosed areas. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
Parties and events are not permitted without prior approval from hotel management.
Please respect other guests by keeping noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings unless deposited in the hotel safe. We recommend using the in-room safe for valuables.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Charges for repairs or replacement will be added to your bill.
The hotel shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government regulations, or public health emergencies.
Hotel Kaiser Bridge respects your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for reservation purposes and in accordance with EU GDPR regulations. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
Hotel Kaiser Bridge reserves the right to modify these booking conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will apply to reservations made after the date of modification.
